Siegel & Agins
was founded in 1986, originally under the name of Nessa G. Siegel
Co., LPA. As a teacher of the learning disabled in
the 70s, Nessa Siegel became aware of the unequal and inadequate
educational services provided to children with learning disabilities.
She decided to enter law school, and was awarded her JD from the
Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in
1986. Soon after, she began realizing her dream of advocating for
full inclusion and appropriate educational services for all children.
Since then, the firm has grown to serve hundreds of Ohio families,
representing a diverse client group including emotionally disturbed
children, children with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, hearing
impairments, visual impairments, learning disabilities, Prader-Willi,
and muscular dystrophy.
